Patron Directed rides are excluded form regulation by Cal DOSH. Giant, dry slides are excluded from Cal DOSH regulation. Slides that are directly wetted (Water Slides) are regulated by Cal DOSH. Go Karts are not regulated by Cal DOSH. Bumper Cars and Bumper Boats are regulated by Cal DOSH. Talk about confusing rules a Lazy River with float tubes is considered a ride by Cal DOSH. If you remove the float tubes and swim in the Lazy River it is not a ride. I am a California QSI (Qualified Safety Inspector) so I live with this all of the time.Teamridehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09299486719745054817noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1724814998338928097.post-15513184592341257782011-08-15T20:21:37.993-04:002011-08-15T20:21:37.993-04:00Maybe Nalwa's wrists were weaker than normal b...Maybe Nalwa's wrists were weaker than normal because of the delicacy of her profession, gender, genetics.
